• You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.
• Users outside of Bangladesh who are between 13 and 18 years old must have parent/guardian permission.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be underage.
• The app is primarily designed for the Madrasa community but may be accessible globally.

Available Account Types

• Students: Current madrasa students
• Teachers: Teaching staff members
• Staff: Administrative and support staff
• Admins: Educational administrators
• Donors: Financial contributors
• Badri Members: Special membership category
• Guests: Temporary or visitor accounts

Registration Requirements

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Verify your phone number via SMS
• Maintain current contact information
• One account per person (multiple accounts prohibited)

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use strong, unique passwords (minimum 8 characters)
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
• You may not share accounts or transfer them to others
• New device registration requires verification
• We may suspend accounts showing suspicious activity
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

• You must provide accurate information during registration and updates
• You agree not to:
• Post harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas or other users' data
• Interfere with app functionality or security
• Use automated methods to access the app
• Share copyrighted material without permission
• Circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Upload malicious files or code
• We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules
• Multiple violations may result in permanent account termination

Fee Payments

• Monthly educational fees as determined by class/grade
• Special food charges (if applicable)
• Tax and administrative fees
• Late payment penalties might apply

Donations

• Voluntary contributions are non-refundable
• Donations are processed separately from fees
• Tax receipts available upon request

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. See the current list of providers here: [LINK]
• We do not store full payment card numbers or CVV codes. We may store tokenized payment identifiers supplied by our payment providers to enable refunds and recurring charges
• Transaction history maintained for accounting and legal purposes for 7 years
• Refunds are subject to approval by Madrasa administration and are handled according to our Refunds & Returns Policy. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Payment disputes or unauthorized charge claims must be reported within 30 business days of the transaction date. Claims reported after that period may not be eligible for investigation
• By making a payment you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide and to store tokenized payment data with our processors where necessary
• We follow applicable payment security standards (e.g., PCI DSS) and never request full card details outside of secure payment pages

• You have the right to access your personal data
• You can request data correction or updates
• Data export available in machine-readable format
• Account deletion requests processed after 30 business days waiting period

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Our Services for personal or internal educational purposes. You may not:

• Modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the app for commercial purposes
• Resell or sublicense access
• Use the app to develop competing services

If granted API access:

• Use designated API keys only
• Respect rate limits
• Do not share API credentials
• Report any security issues immediately
• API access may be revoked for violations

• All code, design, graphics, and content are our property
• Protected by copyright and trademark laws
• "An-Nur Complex" and related marks are our trademarks
• You may not use our branding without permission
• User-submitted content remains your property, but you grant us license to use it for app functionality
• We may use anonymized data for improving services

• The app may contain links to third-party websites or services
• We are not responsible for third-party content or practices
• Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms
• SMS services provided by Textbelt under their terms
• Third-party plugins are subject to their own privacy policies

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
• Services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues
• We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions

We may suspend or terminate your access:

• For Terms violations
• For non-payment of fees (students/staff)
• If required by law or court order
• If we cease operations
• For extended inactivity (over 1 year)
• At your request

Upon termination:

• Your access will be immediately revoked
• Data deletion subject to legal retention requirements
• No refunds for partial month usage

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee error-free operation
• We are not responsible for user-submitted content accuracy
• Educational content is supplementary, not a replacement for classroom instruction
• Technical problems may cause temporary service interruptions
• We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last 12 months
• This includes data loss, service interruption, or security incidents
• We are not liable for third-party service failures
• Force majeure events exempt us from liability

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

• Your use of the app
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of others' rights
• Your violation of applicable laws

This includes legal fees and expenses.

• Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation
• If negotiation fails, binding arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh
• Arbitration conducted in Bengali or English
• Each party bears own legal costs
• Class action waiver: disputes resolved individually

We are not liable for failures or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters
• War or terrorism
• Government actions or sanctions
• Network/power failures
• Pandemic or health emergencies
• Labor disputes

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid:

• The invalid part will be modified to achieve the intent
• Other provisions remain in full effect
• The Terms will be enforced as modified

• Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive it
• Waiver of one breach doesn't waive others
• All waivers must be in writing and signed

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh
• Disputes will be resolved in Bangladesh courts
• You consent to personal jurisdiction in Dhaka
• UN Convention on Contracts excluded

• We may update these Terms with 30 business days notice
• Notice provided via sms or in-app notification
• Continued use after changes means acceptance
• Material changes require explicit consent
• Current version always available in app

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and An-Nur Complex regarding the app and supersede all prior agreements.
